New Favorites That I've Added To My Collection

I have purchased quite a few new products and added it to my collection. Some are fairly recent releases and some are older releases. These products have gotten a permanent spot on my vanity which means that I use them almost everyday.

Food Diaries: Republic of Booza - Williamsburg, Brooklyn

 So I was lucky enough to go to a soft grand opening of Republic of Booza, located at 76 N 4th St, Brooklyn, NY 11249. I am a huge lover of ice cream and I've gone to a TON of ice cream/frozen yogurt places in New York. Actually, I get ice cream any chance I can because....why not? But what makes this place stand out?

May 2018 Favorites

 It's been a while since I wrote a blog post, which means there has been a ton of new makeup that I've accumulated. I must say that I have been on a no buy recently and I've actually been sticking to it. My collection is already big and when I was decluttering the other day I realized how much makeup I have that I barely touch. Usually whatever products I use daily is on my vanity, I've been learning to try to rotate some products so I can be sure to use everything in my collection. But during the month of May these products were being used everyday.

June 2018 Goals

So it's been a couple of months since I made a blog post, and to be quite honest - it was because I lost motivation. I was so busy with school and my internship that any free time I had, I preferred catching up on tv shows and hanging out with friends.

2017 Best of Beauty

I bought so many products this year, and there was always the few products that I was constantly reaching for. These would be kept on my desk, and I found that I haven't been rotating my products often. So whatever I have included in this post, is basically what's on my desk everyday.

2017 Best of Skincare

In 2017 I decided that I really needed to simplify my skincare routine. I realized that I was just buying and buying, but not really using up everything I purchased. Having to throw away bad products and just see it go to waste made me realize how much money I spent. So towards the end of the year when I was running low on products, I wrote down a list of my skincare concerns and compared it to my Sephora cart. Did I really need to repurchase these items? Did I really need to try out this new cleanser?

Pat McGrath Labs LiquiLUST 007

Pat McGrath's makeup line has been on my radar for a while now but I never got around to buying a kit because of the price. When I was at Sephora and saw this Pat McGrath Labs LiquiLUST 007 kit, I immiediately swatched the lip gloss and fell in love with how it looked. It was glittery and extremely glossy, I've been a fan of the glossy lips look lately instead of the matte.
